In Onyx HR d.o.o. we strive to make you feel safe with us, and we want your personal information to be protected as much as possible. We are aware of our responsibilities, so we process all personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, the Electronic Communications Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).
The purpose of the Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is to inform you for what purposes we obtain your personal information, what its use will be, what your rights are in relation to the information we hold about you, and how to enforce it.

- After the cessation of the need for data management, ie. once the purpose for which they were collected has been fulfilled, the data shall be deleted irrevocably and permanently without delay.
- YOUR RIGHTS: We guarantee the realization of all rights you have in connection with the processing of your personal data. You can request from the company at any time:
- deleting your data from the demand database;
- a printout of your data stored for the purposes of the inquiry.
- CHANGES: We reserve the right to adjust the Data Protection and Privacy Policy from time to time to the actual situation and legislation in the field of personal data protection, as necessary. Therefore, we ask you to check the current version before each transfer of personal data to be informed of any changes and additions.
- SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES: The operator and the user undertake to resolve any disagreements and disputes peacefully and amicably. To the extent that an amicable solution is not possible, the court in the Republic of Slovenia at the seat of the administrator shall have jurisdiction to resolve the dispute.
- LOCAL VALIDITY: The privacy policy applies to all users, regardless of the country of access, and to all types of personal data processing, regardless of the user's location.
